    db I'm waiting for my fire arm dealer to get me your 1911 in 45. I see the half n half color ones but there not as nice as yours.

    db I still can't find one in all chrome in 45. Even in 9mm.

    Oh, I'm sorry I just thought you were looking for a chrome plated 1911. I googled chrome guns and that was the first 1911 I saw.

    Well after sitting back after looking at everything, seems american classic is selling only hard chrome on there home site.
    db you might have a older one in stainless?

    ok, I am the one who is stupid!

    I went and got my box and guess what? They call it chrome!!

    I just always called it stainless and figured it was referred to as stainless.

    I agree, the grips look like the Kimber Raptor. Is it a series 70, or 80? Also, I would have no issues carrying it for SD. Also, if you are a bit rough with it you won't cry as much. Can't really do that with a Kimber as much.

    db ya had me nuts, but I'm already nuts so no problem lol. Here's how they look, I don't like the big American Classic on the slide. Yours seems small and lower on the slide.
